  3. Yup like the bigger Reef's Bistro plus it gives me more room for the bottom line. Now that I have this setup it only takes me a couple of minutes to swap out the pictures and wording.   10. I'm getting it more refined. I like the round picture in the upper right (better than rectangular) but that really depends on the picture. In the future I'll take a correct picture to show the KK in a round format. I also changed the very bottom font to look more like the KK font. My fonts are limited in this app but it's close.   17. Welcome aboard. In general it does seem to be a guy thing. The whole cooking outside and cooking with fire. This forum has a higher than normal percent of women who cook on kamados. MacKenzie, PRippley, and skreef. I know in Mrs skreef's case she wouldn't be cooking on a kamado if I would have gotten one of the big 3 ceramic Kamados just because of the shear weight of the dome.   21. The upper rack is kewl, it sits on the main rack, but how useful it is might depend on your dome height. A lot of the newer KK's have a high capacity dome which makes the upper rack way more useful. You really should talk to Dennis about this. Charles - Prometheus 16.5", Cassiopeia 19" TT

    Texas Wild Boar

    I get baby wild hogs from time to time. Last one I got I butchered it up. I cut off what would be the 2 Boston butts as a whole piece. 2 shoulders, 2 hams, then stripped out the loins and tenderloins. At that point you can cook as you would if you had store bought. Brining might help take away the gamey taste but in the approximately 60 lb babies I've gotten there really wasn't a gamey taste.
