I have a geocache I placed in my front yard. It's been up and going for around 10 years. Every once in a while a car parks in the front of the driveway and people get out looking around. Half the time I have to go up and help them out because in the night sky Polaris is not a 4 wheeler - LOL. You would be surprised how many people don't know Polaris is the north star. Up high - I wanted the biggest air gap as possible between the diffuser and bottom of the pan plus I got better radiated heat for the top by being up in the dome. Would have worked fine either way I'm sure. 30 minutes with a foil cover then about 15 minutes uncovered. Will post the recipe when I get a chance from home. I had my 16.5" double bottom drip pan as a heat diffuser down on the lump basket. I don't like using Pyrex because it's a pain to clean after being on the grill. The other day they had seafood stuffed baked potatoes in Publix. I bought 3 of them to see what they were all about. It was one of my sides to the tomato marinated shrimp dinner.
