  1. I have a geocache I placed in my front yard. It's been up and going for around 10 years. Every once in a while a car parks in the front of the driveway and people get out looking around. Half the time I have to go up and help them out because in the night sky Polaris is not a 4 wheeler - LOL. You would be surprised how many people don't know Polaris is the north star.   10. Up high - I wanted the biggest air gap as possible between the diffuser and bottom of the pan plus I got better radiated heat for the top by being up in the dome. Would have worked fine either way I'm sure. 30 minutes with a foil cover then about 15 minutes uncovered. Will post the recipe when I get a chance from home.   11. I had my 16.5" double bottom drip pan as a heat diffuser down on the lump basket. I don't like using Pyrex because it's a pain to clean after being on the grill. Unfortunately I don't own a 9" x 13" ceramic pan yet but I will rectify that situation soon. Charles - Prometheus 16.5", Cassiopeia 19" TT

  23. The other day they had seafood stuffed baked potatoes in Publix. I bought 3 of them to see what they were all about. It was one of my sides to the tomato marinated shrimp dinner.   25. Thin cut, dry aged ribeye, CI seared for one minute per side. Served with a side salad and a baked potato stuffed with shrimp, calamari, and baby Octopus topped with a Asagio cheese crust. Charles - Prometheus 16.5", Cassiopeia 19" TT
