  4. Started dinner late and I was in a rush, had to go out. I set the KK for 425f indiect cooking on the main grid. The burgers started out good I took a shower and got ready forgetting to check on the burgers and next thing you know....overdone! They still stated great and the inside was moist because of the mushrooms, onions and peppers.

  12. Another tasty meal. How is the duck fat used with the airfryer chips. I have an airfryer but I just use oil to coat the fries.

  15. Just over halfway through I rotate them. The top rack gets more air flow. On the ribs I did a three way mix Cimarron Doc's, Eat Bbq and Texas Original rub. On the Prime rib it was fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme in between the bones and the outside and Barberians rub.

  18. Thought I would share some food I cooked this weekend. I started Saturday with a 12 lb 70+ Dry aged Prime Rib. I cooked this for sandwiches for Sunday. Then on Sunday I added six racks of ribs. Not many pic's sorry.
