Tony, yes the smoke house likes to have a more coarse grind on their pork. I think the colour is off, don't recall the meat being that yellow. It's that time of year when all the lighting is artificial.

Those ribs looks soooooo delicious and what a great smoke ring.

I love a good soup and Kevin yours looks delicious.

Aussie, I could eat that right now, even if it is breakfast time.

Did a rerun of yesterday's cook but this time used some blueberry dipping sauce that the smoke house gave me. It is excellent and has some kick to it.

A new smoke house opened up about 10 mins. from me so I had them make me some sausages and I took them home to cook on my KK16. [emoji4] It's dark out there so early in the evening. A light supper that I named, Lunch. [emoji6]
