I'm a diver, go in from the top and scoop up the ashes with a soup can and dump them in a waiting bucket.

Thanks, Steve, believe me after those ribs this was delicious. I had two more packages of those ribs and just put them in the garbage.

This makes up for meatless ribs, extra thick pork chop with smashed potatoes, and roasted tomatoes with marinated roasted peppers.

For lunch yesterday - Roasted Pepper Soup. Added some purple crack and basil. Added some sourdough bread ends.

Steve, you are going to love having a shelter cooking area plus it will be a nice place to sit too.

What no loaded bun pixs using that tasty cook you just did?

Dinner is looking good, Steve and that infra red heater is sure going to come in hand when the chilly weather sets in.:)

LOL I had mine leftover from making ice cream. I did end up rolling it and that worked just fine.

Had a desire to spice up the breakfast today, hot peppers and chili will do that. The base is made from egg whites with turmeric added. Egg on egg.

I'll be waiting for your post. My pepper picking days are over for this year. Wow, the colours in that couscous salad are amazing and I expect the taste would be just as amazing.

Aussie, that pulled rib meat sandwich is speaking to me, very loudly.

Yesterday I made another side dish using a recipe tekobo sent me. Roasted Tomatoes and Marinated Roasted Peppers. Mixed the two together. I will have it with dinner tomorrow.

This was a meatless rib dinner, can't believe the lack of meat on these ribs, that's what happens when you buy a grab bag. At least the Punjabi Style Beetroot was good, it's a recipe that started from tekobo.

I am thinking squash.

Just finished slicing, vacuum sealing and putting the bacon into the freezer. Did a small taste test and maybe I should rethink about giving any of this batch away, just kidding. The carpenter is coming this evening to fetch his bacon. I just heated up a very small piece and it was pretty darn good. I'll take a pix the next time I cook some up.
