  1. I was busy doing a ton of yard work this morning which led into early afternoon starvation. I needed something NOW! That is the reason one needs to have some pulled pork in the freezer and some Lebanese Mountain Bread. Once the sandwich was built I just had to melt that cheese but not cook the lettuce so out came the MAPP torch. Here we go- Now add the purple crack, sauerkraut relish and it's ready to eat. Last Sunday when I was out in the ODK I noticed these 3 eating and playing in the field. It was some cute to see the cubs rolling and tumbling over each other while Mamma ate.

  10. Tekobo, that pizza looks lovely, you can really see how thin the crust is. Leftover pizza is fantastic as you no doubt know and if not you will tomorrow. Thanks to you and Pequod I have a serious craving for pizza.

  19. 350F for 8 mins. was just a tad too long, maybe 350F for 7 mins 30 sec. Don't get me wrong the bacon was still tasty.

  23. Thanks, Bruce. I think I'll try airfrying the bacon tomorrow at a lower temp just to see what happens. I might try 350 F for 8 mins. I had another SV egg this morning and it was just as good as the first one.:)
