  1. Don't listen to Rob, we all know our grill cooks the best. Gorgeous grill and gorgeous little girl. Don't be surprised it down the road your wife doesn't say, maybe we should get the 32.
  2. Carolina Que, you will be thrilled with that 21 inch KK, no doubt about it.:) Get ready to take lots and lots of pixs, you just know we will want to see them.
  3. My Joule arrived today so I had to try it out. Did a beef tenderloin steak at 132F for 4 hours. A double baked potato in the air fryer along with some onion rings that were added at the end of the potato cook. I have been eyeing this sous vide for quite sometime and seeing it in amusedtodeath's post I got busy and ordered one. Tomorrow morning I hope to do a sous vide egg for breakfast and later some sous vide coffee. It should be a fun day.:) So far I'm very happy with this machine, it is quiet as a mouse, small, about 1.5 X 11.5 inches and 1100 watts.
  4. Counter top is looking perfectly spectacular.
  5. Think of the fun we have.
  6. Tony, she is will realize that that is what we do here, food porn.
  7. Oh my goodness, the email is depicting a very sad state of affairs.
  8. Dogs and ribs are looking deeelicious, I hope you had some winnings to go along with this great food.
  9. Your shot on the grill sure are tasty looking and that bun shot has my mouth watering.:)
  10. Your WFO project is coming along and looking fantastic. Too bad you had to come home from work early yesterday. Ha Ha.

Things are going just great, love the pixs, please keep them coming. It's a great story.
  12. Thanks guys. Believe me I was stuffed. I cut an extra big piece because after waiting for it to cook I had to wait another 45 mins. before cutting it. I wasn't counting on that.
  13. I started this recipe 3 days ago when I made the Bolognese Sauce. Yesterday I made the Bechamel and today after grinding the corners of my s.s. dish so it would fit the little KK I put everything together. REady for the KK. Baked at 350F for about 90 mins. Plated. Layers and layers.

  18. Thanks, Bruce, if only you had asked a few mins. ago I could have given you some of the fried rice.
  19. Thanks, Tony. Your house guest must have been inspired.
  20. I was pushed over the edge for wings by Shuley's wing cook. Marinated in Frank's Red Hot Sauce, then sprinkled with granulated garlic and black pepper just before putting on the grill. Wing on the KK. Wings are done. Plated with some chicken fried rice.
  21. Holy smokes, Tony, you sure were on a roll this week and everything turned out super delicious, I'd say.
  22. I see a new toy there too, a cement mixer.
  23. Shuley, what fun that cook must have been a fun fun experience. Everything sounds and looks so delicious. Yum yum. [emoji7]
