As has been said, we are here and we aren't leaving until we see those delivery pixs.

I like any type of pizza including carrot pizza but I tend to put a lot of toppings on mine and like my KK to be no hotter than 550F and the stone higher than 450F, probably more like 500F. I am doing one this evening but it is sooo cold and windy outside that I'll probably use the kitchen oven.

What a great way to use up that residual heat.

Pizza sure looks tasty. I usually put my stone on much earlier, it does that quite a while for it to get to temp. Probably put mine on just after I know I have a good fire going. Seeing your pizza has pushed me into starting some dough.;)

I am in Nova Scotia but this spice is new to me. It will be sweet for sure.

TheNomd, that's the spirit, your KK is going to knock your socks off and so will the taste of the food you cook on it. Get your camera ready we do love to see lots and lots of delivery pixs.

ck, wow, what an experience. I read your post in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep then went to sleep and had an awful dream about that miserable delivery you had. Now that I'm wide awake it all seems better that it is sitting in your yard. It looks beautiful and I can't wait to see it on it's stand. That first fire is going to be a sight to behold. I think a 19" TT is also a cool KK, especially for a second one or a third.

I have the 22 hi cap, which Dennis only made for a short time. Personally I love the hi cap. It does make a fantastic pizza and no problem fitting 2 or 3 racks of ribs. Just like Rob I think the style of the hi cap grill is the most beautiful.[emoji4] I suspect what ever one you get you too will think it is the most beautiful and you will be correct.[emoji4]

It all looks lovely especially the shots with Serena. The lids fit but not quite like we are used to but that's OK. Glad Charles took care of your broken dish problem so quickly. Now to get cooking.
