Used some previously KK smoked Gouda cheese to make some tacos. Fry some grated cheese, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Flip and crispy the other side. Put hot cheese in silpat and fold. Tacos are done. Scramble an egg, add some greens and KK smoked bacon and we have- Dress it up with some yogurt.

Thanks, everyone. dstr, I bought those sausages one day to use as an ingredient is a recipe that I wanted to make and had none of my own. I do make sausages but it has been a long time since I have made any. My last batch were chicken sausages which I did like and at the same time I made some 2 oz. patties for breakfast. It is funny how 2 people can make the same recipe and you end up with 2 different tastes, isn't it.:)

Fired up Pebbles for a nice sausage dinner. Store bought hot Italian sausages with butternut squash and baked potatoes. Plated. The sausages were nice and moist.

I'm happy to say that getting the KK didn't cause any weight gain, I just eat better tasting food. -

Pizza looks delicioius. I use the technique tinyfish mentioned, parchment works great.:)

Thanks, Tony, we now have the fridge moved although we still need to enlarge the area around the door way and inch on both sides, no big deal the worst of that move is done. My kitchen already seems so much better.:)
