One thing that is certain, your KK will compliment that gorgeous view.

It felt so good to fire up the KK this evening. While the steak was in the 132F sous vide bath started the cauliflower. Basted with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Coated the slices of cauliflower. On the grill at 350F for 30 mins, then flipped and cooked until tender. Mushrooms ready to add to the KK. Soaked golden raisins in white wine and toasted the pistachios. Topped the cauliflower with raisins and pistachios, sprinkled on some cheese and melted it under the broiler.Plated. Interior of steak.

I know what you mean kjs.:) -
Welcome, Gorgeous KK you have chosen. I love having the high cap. When do you expect to see Tandoor sitting on your doorstep?
-
I see it and I'm glad you pointed out what that thermometer was for.
-
Simply delicious.:)
-
Tony, company or not, don't forget to grab every pix you can.:)
-
Grrrrrrrreat looking pizzas.:) Perfectly baked. :):):)
-
Tinyfish, what an absolutely delicious cook that is, I love it:)
-
I would love to see several of those on my plate at the moment.
-
tinyfish, that brisket dinner looks awesome. and to think most of the cook was done while you slept.
-
That pizza looks delicious.:) I have a 6 minute one that I do. It is done with pita bread in a frying pan using the kitchen stove.
-
EGGARY, sounds and looks delicious. Right SK?:
-
Sure did Tony, they were frozen hard as a rock and I left them on the counter for a couple of hours and then put them in an SV bath @ 139F while the potatoes baked, about an hour. Good to go.:)
-
The package from the freezer didn't say SV but from the colour of the meat these ribs have been sous vide. Still tasty and very moist. Do you like my token vegetables. ;):)
-
Thanks, Tony. Some things are getting back into the cupboards but there is still work to be done, don't expect the counter top for maybe another 10 days. I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end, at least that is what I'm telling myself.:)

Oh yes, cold smoked cheese is delicious -
Thanks everyone I wish I could have shared a slice with you all. BBQKaeding, you can find the dough recipe here:

CK and Wilbur posted pizza pixs to die for and I couldn't resist any longer even though it was a late start. I am still in the middle of a kitchen rehab. If you have to ask what I paid for this plywood counter top you can't afford it This feature will allow you to see what's below the counter top without opening the cupboard doors. OK, on with the pizza, KK smoked pepperoni, mushrooms, and hot peppers. All dressed. Baked in the oven. seriously I can't wait to do this on my KK. Bottom crust. Crumb.
-
Thanks, Tony, I am a big cheese lover.:)
-
I'd rather cut the grass than vacuum the house.
-
Wilbur, you deep dish pizza looks delicious. I agree with the use of a cast iron pan for this type of pizza.

The only retail I know about is direct from Dennis. I highly recommend a phone call to him. He will answer all your questions, fill you in on the details and there will be no pressure. I guarantee it. At least that is what happened to me.:) Don't settle for less.:)

tinyfish, that is a gorgeous yard you have and a great setup. I think you must be wearing your sunglasses, those KKs sure are glittering in the weekend sun.:) BTW I was so taken with your setup I forgot to comment on that tasty looking food.:):):) Awesome.
