Brined these 2 chops for a few hours then dressed them for the KK. On the KK @350F until internal temp. was 155F. Cooked. Plated. Look at that moisture. While the KK was coming up to temperature a friend dropped by with some cup cakes that she had made. WOW! I ate this one before putting the chops on the grill. It was absolutely delicious. Now that's a friend.:):):)

I don't know about anyone else but I'm feeling like I was cheated, all I've seen posted so far are awesome and delicious looking cooks. I am still waiting for what was promised- meager cooks. Wonderful stuff CC.

Thanks everyone.:) With the kitchen reno confusion around here I don't even know the day of the week apparently. At least I did get the pizza right. I sure would have enjoyed dstr8's smoked pistachio & basil pesto for the sauce, sautéed diced chicken, caramelized fresh thick slices of shiitake mushrooms & raw milk farmstead jack & romano cheeses pizza. It does sound sooooooooooo delicious.

Dennis - designers and artists are infatuated with the 23" and 32", huh? I love the shape of the 21->22 inch, guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
