  1. I honestly think I will be overwhelmed when I see them in person. I know after seeing people standing beside the 19" that I will be shocked to see how big the 23 and 32 are.

  3. KK sent the official email saying that they are on route on the Frankfurt express!! As long as they clear customs on time the will hit the local warehouse December 2nd. I should have them later that week. This is really great news

  6. La bomba is like a spicy antipasto spread. I use it in everything you can think of. I am dying to try it on a stuffed pork loin too. It's like pepper relish on steroids

This thing already looks bigger than my big joe and that scares the heck out of me!!! Mac is a great name but it really does look like a bosco to me lol!!!   9. Benton it is crazy lol!!! The good news is that the boat left Hong Kong... so my grill are officially on their way. They spend the day in Yantian China before starting there journey across the ocean. They should be leaving on the 12th Yantian time, which is already 13 hours ahead of my local time. This is great, I feel like I am rounding second base on my way to third!!
  10. In-A-Gadda-da-vida???? lol CC, I never heard of it until I started reading about it on the egghead forum and the bbq brethren. Americans were getting Canadian members to send them cases of it. So one day I was at the store and found it and figured that I better try it.... Now it is a staple in the house!!

  13. just getting up for work to find that the Frankfurt Express just arrived in Hong Kong!! Great news!!, it will be here for the day and then headed to Yantian China tomorrow. It will depart Yantian on the 12th and begin its route to Vancouver!!

  17. Swiss Chalet marinade is the bomb!!!! Next time try a bit more on the skin as it makes some of the tastiest skin!!!! The chalet sauce... I don't know what it is but man its gooooooood!!!! This dinner looks great!! way to represent Canada buddy!!!
  18. Well the good news is that the ship looks like it is on time and has arrived at Da Chan Bay China. There is a quick turn around and then off to Hong Kong. I am 15 days away from arrival at the Port of Vancouver...
