Red stick I know you have a big joe and a jr. I believe. I think a 23" will be great. I think between the grill and the upper grill I saw wilbur do 6 racks at once. I can't see needeing more than that As for the grill space and someone correct me if I am wrong but the 23 is 23" wide and 22" deep. You really aren't losing that much space from that of a big joe. Also big joe total grilling space is 452 sq in and the 23" is 375 sq in plus 274 sq in upper grill and 329 lower grill So in reality you are comparing 452 vs 978 You can't tell me that a brisket won't fit on a 23" oval Shape grill opposed to a 24" round. I would order before the deals are gone brother!!!!

Great set up. Curious... I have heard rumour that you were aide hard primo user. As many know I aka KJ die hard so here is my question... Do you still use/love the primo?? And will you eventually replace it with another kk?? I ask because I am struggling for reasons to justify owning 5 kamados and a gasser. Thanks

Takin is wonderful seasoning. Most walmarts sell it in the produce section as it is a seasoning designed for fruit. It's not actually margarita salt. In March I was in Virginia and found it and bought 12 bottles. It tastes great on fish as well Have not thought about it on wings but would love to give it a go. Those wings look great!!!

well, I am curious as I want to move away from my weber grill scraper when I get the KKs. I am just curious what others here use and steps to keeping the grills so nice. MacKenzie your grill always looks amazing so.... spill the beans please!!!

well this week flew by.... I know that my 32" is in production currently and the 23" should be dry by now and on its way to production as well. Dennis says I should be ready for shipping by the third week of September, so if all goes well I'm looking at a November arrival. I am just glad that I am all sorted out and for now I will keep hammering quality meals out of my current cookers. Unfortunately out of site out of mind doesn't apply to this situation, but, my coping skills are improving!!!

Corn just wrapped up here as our local booth just shut down. I have yet to do corn on grill without husks. Now I want to try !! Nice photos
