    Here we go!!!

    Hopefully my KK should be on the road by now. Don't have confirmation yet, but the plan was to have it start its journey to Canada on Friday. So if not then, hopefully soon!

    Wow, down from 350-400F to 250 in 40 mins and holding. That's impressive.

  16. That looks great! When we make Peri Peri chicken I mix a small batch with a spoonful of yogurt for the kids. Still great flavor but no heat.

  19. To my eye "Reefs Bistro" needs to pop more from the poster, and maybe relocate to the top right corner in that shrimp picture. just a suggestion, for what it's worth!
  20. I've been thinking about a Himalayan salt block for a while, but maybe I'll hold off for now. Just not sure how often I'd use it, especially with my new toy on its way!
