To my eye "Reefs Bistro" needs to pop more from the poster, and maybe relocate to the top right corner in that shrimp picture. just a suggestion, for what it's worth!

I've been thinking about a Himalayan salt block for a while, but maybe I'll hold off for now. Just not sure how often I'd use it, especially with my new toy on its way!

The dome lid is exactly why my wife won't go near my ceramic grills - its just too heavy for her. With the soon arrival of the KK, I'm guessing that will change and she will join some of those wonderful female cooks on here

Yes, Charles is definitely responsible for getting Aashni a pink/purple KK LMAO Thats why got the splitter, I'm used to cooking in a D&C environment so this will be great for me. I decided on the extra basket because it will just simplify my life a little (plus easy set up for the Roti) and the double bottom drip pan sounds like a great way to collect drippings to make gravy and sauces! I'm anxious now to get this show on the road already!!!

Unfortunately I didn't, but I do plan to get some in the near future.
