I just had an epiphany I'll be a hundred years old by the time I soak up all the information on this web site. That was a really nice cook and looks wonderful and tasty. All you guys and gals are such good cooks!! I haven't the slightest idea how to make rice with couscous' guess I'll have to be happy just starting out simple grilling and go from there. This forum is a great class room. -

It's very good one of my favorites. I haven't got to the stage were I make my own yet, however I like straight balsamic vinegar on salads also.

Dennis is making me a custom cabinet with SS top and sunbrella cover. Its going to be huge I told him I wanted to be able to put all the extras and more in it. Three drawers and all the shelving can't wait to get it. His woodworking is superb.

That's so funny I did the exact same thing after reading MavK post about the holiday sale on Sous vide lol. this site is dangerous. Cold smoker, new SS baking plate that I'll probably order when it comes out. I don't even want to add up all the accessories I have ordered for my KK but its been fun. My cold smoker is arriving tomorrow. Guess I'll have buy a bottle of scotch and some sea salt and a nice piece of salmon.

Hello Ken wow that looks so tasty and the Cole slaw almost looks like kimchi did you say the receipts are here in the forum? i'm going to have to try that. It's kind of funny that you posted this cooking salmon today because last night about two in the morning I was looking on YouTube on how to cold smoke some salmon, I just bought the cold smoker and figure that'll be the first thing I do is make some smoke salmon. Have a great weekend

WOw!! You guys are maestros in the kitchen here I can't believe some of the cooks I see. Those look so delicious. That picture of the pinwheels on the blue and white plate almost look like a jelly roll. Has anybody here on the site ever wrote a cookbook ?
