My dad found these on sale for $5 a lb. we think it must have been a mistake because he tried to go back for more and they were marked up already!

These were about 2 lbs each. Two racks and zero left overs for 4 adults and two small children.

Since we had a ton of people coming to town for thanksgiving my parents asked if I would cook for the night before. Of course I said yes. They bought the rib roast and I had good results. However due to circumstances beyond my control. My roast was over cooked. However I loved the flavor. i didn't get a plate shot. The roast was completely gone with no left overs.

Hahaha thank you. Maybe it's like how some restaurants try to serve duck well done?? I get that everyone has their preferences but over cooked meat when that isn't what you like is just not good.
