  6. My favorite cut at SRF is the tritip. For the others, stick to the thick cuts and you won't be disappointed.
  7. I agree, not a bad deal at all. Wish I could buy a pound instead. Costco Wagyu They have a few different choices. the link above is for the ribeye.
  8. Our Costco's have A-5 wagyu sold in a ~12lb loin for about $100 per lb. You would need some friends to help finish that off. That you like. A lot.

  14. This definitely goes in my "gotta try it" box. I just need to rattle through my pans to find the right one.
  15. I just had ranier cherries for the first time recently and since have consumed my weight in them. Not sure how I missed them all those years. The rest of the menu looks pretty dang good too. I look forward to seeing it.
