  1. I have no idea what you're making but the stuffed peppers look delicious.
  2. The 32 will certainly handle the capacity you need but if in doubt, I would go for one of each. You really can't go wrong on color or tile choices, they are all beautiful.
  3. Tekobo, absolutely! The shipping may be a bit pricey but I work cheap.
  4. Jon, my wife and I are both animal lovers but she sort of takes it a bit further than most lol. Our house sort of has this theme. I think it amuses both of us.
  5. That is some seriously moist lamb. Looks delicious.
  6. Cooked some roast beef for deli style sandwiches. Started with a round roast and dry rub at about 250 degrees for a reverse sear. Once internaltemps hit 120, I removed it and heated up a cast iron skillet on the lower grate. After searing and cooling, I put it in the fridge to help it slice up better for roast beef sandwiches. This was the best roast beef I have ever had. Definitely a keeper. Roast beef with horse radish and BBQ sauce.
  7. Lordy, those ribs look awesome.
  8. Really nice job on the pizzas, they look great.
  9. I think I would be ok with those leftovers for a while. Looks pretty incredible. By the way, those are some really nice pics. The night shot of your 42 humming away belongs on the front page of a brochure.
  10. Nice job on the table! The konro looks interesting.
  11. Good looking ribs. I could go for one for breakfast.
  12. Nice looking meaty slab of ribs. I'll bet they turn out great.
  13. When it is up to temp around 500 or higher, it may take a while to see anything. The usual areas will be near the firebox or slightly above and the dome area. Push on those areas to see if they are "soft". You may also see some white residue around the tiles. Some people here have posted that had nothing or very little and maybe yours is one of them. Taking it to higher temps will tell for sure. In the meantime, looks like you've got this. Some good looking chickens.
  14. That is interesting and looks pretty simple.
  15. Now that's a t-bone. Gonna be delicious!
  16. You know its big when you have it delivered with a crane. Have fun unpacking this beast.
  17. We are also enjoying you owning the kk; those are some great pics.
  18. Everything looks delicious! I love the marbling on those chuck roasts.
