    Welcome. I looked up 'smokehouse 84' and saw some really good looking smoked/cured products. How long has the smokehouse been in the family?

    Lots of crackle. I took the pics 2 hours into the cook. Last 1/2 hour was at 500* to maximize the crackle.

    I haven't used a cyber Q or any other device. My thought was to learn without. I never thought about the benefits of the saved data. Hummmm, might have to rethink this????
