I did porchetta. It was my first attempt and it came out great. Wife, son, and daughter-in-law all raved about it. So porchetta, a pasta tortellini dish, and a Caesar salad. Only took pics of the prochetta on the KK

I should know better than to post pics directly after MacKenzie's cooking pics. Oh well... Had some short ribs in the freezer that needed cooking. My growing nephews were in town so we ate them as an hors d'oeuvres.

Growing up we never had ketchup in the house. My parents said ketchup was an excuse for a poor cook so I never acquired a taste for it. However I've seen some beautiful cooks accompanied with ketchup posted here. To each their own.

Can you wedge or shim between the leg(s) and the wheel(s)? Something not easily seen but provides friction and stops or limits movement.
