  1. Aussie's pork roast looked so good I had to do one myself. Came out awful!! Tough as nails. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it was just a tough piece of meat. In the KK at 325 to an IT of 160 and rested for about an hour. The artichoke was tough also. Crappy meal all the way around. Plated
  2. A good choice. Bet it was delicious.
  3. Nice setup. I love smash burgers.
  4. Good looking cook! I've never tried the white sauce. I'm going to have to order some and give it a go.
  5. Looks fantastic! I sure wouldn't pass up that meal.
  6. Great looking meal. The dessert sounds really good.
  7. Nice first cook.
  8. Those are some good looking ribs. Any smoking wood used?
  9. Hope all goes well for your dog and you.
  10. Great looking meals! So how many of your kids friends want to eat over at your house?

Another fantastic cook! Salad looks out of this world.
  12. Looks really good to me!
  13. Well that's different. I guess I'm just not up to speed. What's with this miniature BBQ craze? My 16" is as small as I care to go.
  14. I can't wait to see what you've came up with. I'm sure it will be fantastic!
  15. Great looking meal MacKenzie! That's the way I like my ribs, no sauce just a mild rub and let the smoked meat goodness shine through. I wish my 16" had the spit option. My next KK will!!
  16. Looks dollhouse size. I guess it would be good for weight loss. If Dennis did make you a KK that size you could hang it from your rearview mirror.

I don't like when guest/company smothers their meal with tobacco and/or ketchup. I put forth the effort to select, season, and cook the meal to the best of my ability and you're going to mask it. Makes me think next time I'll just get drunk and not put forth the effort.

    Wagyu Cook

    Now that's funny!
  19. Here's a pic of a 14 pounder I picked up for my son. I also think $3.00 bucks a pound isn't bad at all!
  20. No. They stock them. I picked up a 18 lbs. brisket the other day...no problem.
  21. I buy the full prime grade rib from Costco and cut steaks. I cut the 'eye' and 'cap' into two separate 1.5" thick steaks and grind the rest. The cap has became my favorite.
  22. Good looking cooks Steve. The rib eye cap is awesome! Love rib eyes!!

For me hanger steaks are too thin for a reverse sear. I do them direct...hot and fast!! They are very tasty.

Yeah, the wife and I have been on a spinach salad kick lately. Very tasty! My wife doesn't handle spicy food so well either. She's much better than she used to be though.
  25. The kidney beans are a different twist too me. I guess nachos are a blank canvas.
