@SyzygiesTandoori chicken is one of my favourite dishes.. I love making it at home (and butter chicken as well).

One of my favourite online used book sites had a copy of it in Canada (easy shipping to me) so after your post and my quick google I ordered it and it should be here on Thursday. I am very excited to get it!

Well I am happy to report I spoke to Dennis.. it went amazingly well, he was amazing to talk to (as everyone has said) and I have my KK picked out and it should be here sometime this summer! Needless to say I am SUPER excited!! Now the wait begins!

Thanks! I'm already working on a plan on where my BGE can go once I have the KK order confirmed and a delivery estimate. I'll do my best to time the BGE leaving and the KK arriving to be as close together as possible

I've heard much about the CocoChar, I've never used any type of Coconut Charcoal so I'll try to make sure I put some on the order when it gets settled so I can finally see what all the raves are about!

Yeah I was comparing the 32" to what I currently have with my large BGE (With Adjustable Rig for a lot of extra room) and I'd be able to cook SO MUCH more with the 32", and that is without even talking about all the other positives the KK has over the BGE from what I've read.

Welcome! I am new here as well but congrats on the purchase! What I can say is if you do go with ThermoWorks (no matter which model of theirs you go with) you are going to be VERY happy. I've owned a lot of their products over the years and every single one has exceeded expectations.

I don't know if I have the room for the full 42".. and the fact I was able to talk my wife into upgrading to a KK over the BGE was magic in of itself so I PROBABLY shouldn't push it too much yet... haha. As it is she has no idea how many accessories I have my eyes on I can already tell I won't regret it.. now I am in the excitement/anticipation of waiting phase and I haven't even confirmed a colour, square/pebble or anything! I'm in trouble.. haha
