Actually the statement was meant more to tease Firemonkey more than you or Majestic. Every cooker needs a home, even in South Beach. The color doesn't impact the cooking at all. Even the cosmetic problems afflicting the Mexi-K's don't mess up the food.

Dennis...since many of the exotic woods have more oils in them in their raw state, does this still exist in the charcoal state? I am wondering since some people are very allergic to the sawdust of the exotic woods.

Does it start easily? Have you cooked with it yet? How much smoke from it?
