  1. great pics...ribs are damn tempting. I recently tried a mango pineapple chipotle sauce on ribs that was incredible. It was a color between orange and red, and was a commercial product. Better water them trees
  2. Deej writes: "I really love deep fired turkey" Is that spell check button next to the quote button
  3. Deej is frying cause he doesn't have a kk...just that pimped out smokey joe
  4. I knew civil curly was a joke.
  5. Civil just doesn't seem to come through the lion avatar. You are much funnier when you are direct. Leave civil to the more evolved guys with the pink or coral BBQ's.
  6. I think I know where we might locate some referrals!
  7. I'm laughing at your comment and at all the ways this could end up spinning and shouldn't.
  8. So Curly..did you get the terra cotta? I quite like that one, but I'm sure I can find something twisted to say about it. You of all won't be immune to color commentary. I think Leaddog gets the first opportunity., followed closely by majestic and firemonkey:lol: It's so quick it reminds me of a shot gun wedding. That bride of yours know your slipping out on her with a hot number?
  9. Actually the statement was meant more to tease Firemonkey more than you or Majestic. Every cooker needs a home, even in South Beach. The color doesn't impact the cooking at all. Even the cosmetic problems afflicting the Mexi-K's don't mess up the food.
  10. When they are really out of the closet they combine pink and green together. Going for the rainbow!
  11. DJ...definitely consider any color and architectural scheme you may have going on in the area you plan to park it. But no matter what you pick you will not receive immunity from the forum color committee... Besides, there is probably a bigger discount on the green one!
  12. Leaddog...I purchased some of the staves or wine barrel chunks as smoking wood and have not used it yet. It would make great lump or smoking chunks. What is the average size of the almond lump?
  13. Hey Leaddog...I saw another Bambi lying alongside Hwy 46 near Jack Creek Rd. today and thought of you. Actually someone had pulled over and was backing up to it....maybe that was you?
  14. Dennis...since many of the exotic woods have more oils in them in their raw state, does this still exist in the charcoal state? I am wondering since some people are very allergic to the sawdust of the exotic woods.
  15. Does it start easily? Have you cooked with it yet? How much smoke from it?
  16. This information still needs to get summarized in a single location, as it has come up a couple of times within the forum and when the correct information gets posted it seems to eventually get lost in the thread.
  17. Sanny writes: Yeah...or he is thinking about suing his doctor! He might be hallucinating about the pizza you cooked. Where you been? You've been sorta quiet lately.
  18. Hey DJ....Are you getting me mixed up with Sanny? My question was about displaying the most recent posts first in a thread. Must be good drugs.
  19. DJ...as long as your are laid up....how about another suggestion. It would be easier if the most recent posts come up first in a thread so we don't have to sift through all the previous posts to locate the newest post. Sometimes I can't remember what page I read last in a thread.
  20. LeadDog writes: It is oddly quiet....is it the quiet before the storm?
  21. Since I am familiar with the area I'm going to bet this one wandered into your backyard, or you ran over it with your bicycle!
  22. I have to agree Curly....I like the terra cotta also.
  23. Hey Deej...hope you make it back soon....Dennis says he's getting ready to rework the website....Maybe he'll let you back on! When the cats away, the mice will play. Those rats!
  24. LeadDog probably hasn't forgiven you yet.
