tony b Posted January 14, 2019 Report Posted January 14, 2019 Oh heavens, No. This was last year's vertical tasting of Lion Bridge's (local brewery) Gazprom (Barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout with maple syrup.) There'll be a similar vertical tasting coming up on Feb 3rd to culminate Gazprom week, which is the cap-off of barrel-aged January! My homebrew is pretty good, but not this good! Ground some durum wheat berries to make about 45% of the required flour for the recipe and the sauce was made using some of last summers tomatoes. For dessert a mini chocolate cheese cake made by a good friend of mine. Yes, the same one that makes me chocolates. Now I need to end it all with a double espresso.
