Just finished my 2nd round of snowblowing the driveway/sidewalk today. We've gotten about 6" of snow so far and it's supposed to continue until 8pm. I'm done for the day - Miller Time!!! 3

Bruce Pearson Posted January 13, 2019 Report Posted January 13, 2019 Is that some of Your homebrew? 1
tony b Posted January 14, 2019 Report Posted January 14, 2019 Oh heavens, No. This was last year's vertical tasting of Lion Bridge's (local brewery) Gazprom (Barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout with maple syrup.) There'll be a similar vertical tasting coming up on Feb 3rd to culminate Gazprom week, which is the cap-off of barrel-aged January! My homebrew is pretty good, but not this good! Thanks for the compliment, Bruce!

MacKenzie Posted January 19, 2019 Report Posted January 19, 2019 (edited) Made some homemade pasta and sauce for lunch. Ground some durum wheat berries to make about 45% of the required flour for the recipe and the sauce was made using some of last summers tomatoes. For dessert a mini chocolate cheese cake made by a good friend of mine. Yes, the same one that makes me chocolates. Now I need to end it all with a double espresso.
