Did some pork belly burnt ends today and Mac & Cheese.

The pepper is from my garden and they are unbelievably hot, I've eaten raw jalapeno peppers before from the store, they don't even compare with the ones in my garden for heat. The cheese is a white cheddar that I smoked at the beginning of the summer.

That is maple syrup and butter the burnt ends are sitting in.

Aussie is coming to dinner. :)

New to me recipe and I did like it and plan to make another batch tomorrow for the freezer. These are good warm or cold, nice to snack on.

Peeled beets-

Baked and glaze is on, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.

I went back for seconds and normally I would not do that for warm beets but these were tasty.

I guess you just can’t beat tasty beets! They sure look yummy. I just got a delivery from snake river farms Waygu hot dogs and ground beef maybe I’ll try some pickled beets on my hamburger lol. Wow balsamic vinegar and maple syrup that really sounds good! Mac please save me a few! Did you put the glaze on after cooking them?

Don't listen to them Bruce. They are a part of a world wide conspiracy. A group of secret members who's agenda is to stop the use of beetroot on hamburgers .I for one am in a constant battle with this group trying to stop them from brainwashing the innocent. Go forth and experience the taste and if you dare throw a pinneapple ring on aswell. Lol

Yeah I know that's why I had to try it was a great twist on just normal sauce

Interesting! Apple, plum, apricot, & peach. Don't see those fruits playing together very often.
