bosco Posted August 20, 2015 Report Posted August 20, 2015 I was feeling creative and found a great deal on dutch ovens today. They were 66% off. I figured that I would need a new set for my new kk's when they arrive. I wanted Mexican but had some ingredients for stuffed peppers so I figured I would combine the two. Not a set recipe per say, but used a bobby flay recipe loosely for the sauce. Anyways here it is

I have yet to make stuffed peppers but when they look that good I have to ask myself... why haven't I. they are super easy to make. Just remember to add a sauce to them so that they don't dry out. I usually add home made tomato sauce to the mix but today wanted to try something new.
