I have a freezer full of baby back ribs so its time to eat some. I rubbed them with Eat Barbeque sweet rub and cooked indirect at 250f.

Great looking ribs Tiny!!  I tried that rub for the first time last week and we all loved it!  It tastes great and gives the ribs an amazing colour!  Great cook!

Thanks Rak. I just found a rub that I like better its called Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub.

Tinyfish, I think you need a second stand of cinder blocks to balance things ;) Ribs look delicious :cheer:  :thumbup:  :thumbup:

Don't joke...I was going to put one on the other side for a little extra space.

Ribs looking good...hey we are roughing it to...but hopefully we will get our set up just like we like it soon..do what you got to do to get the job done right..great job!
