1/4 Pound Meatballs and Spaghetti

Yesterday I ground a chuck roast and took the opportunity today to use some of it to make 1/4 pound meatballs to go along with some homemade spaghetti and roasted red pepper.

Here they are on the grill and looking pretty small.

The meatballs were very moist, but then again they were cooked on the KK.

Hmmm...dinner time here and other than roasting veggies apart of a cold soup I'm making for a dinner tomorrow night my KK has been silent today darn-it.  Leftovers are gone and I'm sitting here eating an arugula salad when I clicked on your post MacKenzie.   Damn it anyway, your spaghetti, meatballs & roasted peppers seem much more enticing than my salad right now :D

Another day with temps. in the 50s and more to come so I thought let's make bread and heat up the house. Since the oven was going to be one why not make some pasta casseroles with those big meatballs and previously cooked pasta.
