MacKenzie Posted July 8, 2016 Report Posted July 8, 2016 Yesterday I ground a chuck roast and took the opportunity today to use some of it to make 1/4 pound meatballs to go along with some homemade spaghetti and roasted red pepper. Here they are on the grill and looking pretty small. Cooked. Plated. The meatballs were very moist, but then again they were cooked on the KK. 3 Quote

Leftovers are gone and I'm sitting here eating an arugula salad when I clicked on your post MacKenzie. Since the oven was going to be one why not make some pasta casseroles with those big meatballs and previously cooked pasta. Pasta dish in the making- Baked the pasta while the oven was heating for the bread bake. Sourdough bread just coming out of the oven. Cooling. 1 Quote
