MacKenzie
Chicken thighs for dinner tonight. Ready to come off the grill. Plated with a salad from the salad bar. Nice and moist as usual from the KK.
Steve M
Looks delish. Do you put the veggies on at the same time?
MacKenzie
Thanks, Steve. The potatoes were previously sous vide. I try to keep a stash in the fridge. It makes for quick dinners. The carrots were garden fresh and I did cook them before putting them on the grill. I was hoping just to give them a bit of a char. I should have put them on when the chicken went on but I waited about 15 mins. Next time.:)

And the rest of the cook looks absolutely beautiful. Kudos on a wonderful cook!

Shuley
That is an awesome plate of food. What is the sauce on the side?
MacKenzie
Shuley, that sauce on the side is Kraft Catalina Salad dressing. I don't know why but I love that stuff, always have.
