Since I'm doing this week's cook...it seems like a perfect time to post last week's cook. Then i got ready to sear.8ae3790e36caece443af00b1dcc5272d.jpgthen a few minutes later they were done.730b63c0e77a3e9f11cdf1c486e75afe.jpg waited a bit before slicing.c8523251bb26d14de75588f3c68dd320.jpgthen plated with some leeks, carrots and queso. The tri-tip looks perfect, beautiful since I'm not a fan of clams or mussels but I'd be thrilled with a slice or two of the tri-tip.:)

Thank you so much! I'd be glad to share a few slices with you!

That tritip looks great. I have one thawing in the fridge for tomorrow's cook.

Thank you! Glad to see another tri tip enthusiast! I feel like enough people dont try tri tip!
