JDBBQ
Looking good. Any differences in doing these in the rack v. on the flat grill surface?
Shuley
I still have yet to use a rib rack. I'm worried that one side will cook faster than the other LOL. Hopefully I'm wrong though
MacKenzie
Those ribs are looking fantastic.
5698k
Ribs look excellent. The KK’s make it easy. I use a rib rack all the time, ribs are always cooked evenly. I do suggest putting some foil on the deflector to help keep it clean, not necessary though, I just prefer it. shishitos
I used the drip pan as a deflector. Cooked at 225. Dead even temperature and didn’t touch it. I will say the KK holds temp soooo much better then my BGEs. Ribs were ok - too lean of a rib for my taste but family liked them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Tyrus
That's right, " Set it and forget it." Think I've heard that somewhere before.

tony b
If you cook them indirectly, they'll cook evenly.
