Ribs look excellent. The KK’s make it easy.

I use a rib rack all the time, ribs are always cooked evenly. I do suggest putting some foil on the deflector to help keep it clean, not necessary though, I just prefer it.

I used the drip pan as a deflector. Cooked at 225. Dead even temperature and didn’t touch it. I will say the KK holds temp soooo much better then my BGEs. Ribs were ok - too lean of a rib for my taste but family liked them

only way to know for sure is to give it a whirl lol i dont think that it will do that though i dont see one side cooking faster then the other maybe the owners with the rib rack will chime in
