BalconySmoken
A Friend in my condo flew back from San Diego yesterday and brought me some tortillas: I had to fill them with something obviously! I don’t think we will be going to the local Mexican any more! kK win! My Friend said he could smell it from the street: how Long can I keep getting away with a smoker in my condo: time will tell but I will enjoy it till then! Can’t wait to do a brisket in a few weeks when I get back from travel.

Steve M
Great job on the tacos! If you're wondering when the condo association will figure out you have the smoker, I'm wagering it will be during the 18 hour brisket smoke. You can't hide a great smelling brisket. Should have asked Dennis for a nice camouflage tile pattern. 1
Pequod
If your goal was to get me off my duff to go make some carne asada, it worked. Even if that wasn't your goal...still worked.

You can’t see my KK from downstairs so nobody will know where the goodness is coming from. The only risky bit is the smoke when there is some wood on; I’ll always start under the cover of darkness. thats what i have convinced myself anyway... Tyrus
Before I retired I remember the employees say after someone had passed, poor poor Joe,........ what days did he have off. So the leading question would be, if you go to jail who gets the KK. Fantastic lookin Tacos, enjoy

Pequod
A smoke pot is another way to limit your emissions to thin, blue, sweet smelling smoke. Search this forum for "smoke pot" or "smoking pot" and @Syzygies to see what that's all about. Make sure you keep the search words in that order. 2
