  1. Very nicely done!! The more time I spend on the forums makes me realize that you people know how to cook. So far I've mastered the eating part...lol.
  2. May I be the first to say WOW!!!! What a SUPER JR it is. At 175lbs that is a beast (sorry CC). The color on the tiles is striking. The bars on the grids could double as jail cell doors...look how thick they are. The overall quality on the stainless is is amazing on the hinge and the vent doors and handle. The overall fit and finish is to die for. To the Komodo Kamado craftsman another job superbly done.
  3. No time wasted at all. Did the delivery driver get a chance to leave before the charcoal was lit.

  6. I guess it better to have one and not need it then need it and not have one. I will sell the fan I have since its not wifi and wont fit the guru port.
  7. Do you guys recommend a fan to control temperature? On my current kamados I am not using a fan and am wondering if I should get one for my komodo on order.

  9. Ckreef excellent as always. I enjoy making pizza too. I'm in the neapolitan camp. I make mine thin and cook em fast. I believe you know I have a type metal wood fired pizza oven.

    Roasted Corn

    Who doesn't love roasted corn no matter which way it done roasted corn is delicious.
  13. Thanks I needed ideas for garlic. Last fall I planted 200 cloves of garlic for the first time. I think I went over board.

  21. I tried...but I could not stop looking at that chowder. I dont even like soup and I have shellfish allergies too boot.
