  3. Thats a nice looking peel. I make about six pizzas per cook so I use the wood peels to make the pizzas on and use the rice flour. You are right the flour has a very high burning point and its very slippery on the wood peels. I have a wood fired type of pizza oven and I cook two at a time.
  4. Biffer you do have good taste that is one fine looking KK. I ordered the same one for myself. I was looking at yours and thinking I cant wait to get mine. I hope its not long till you get to fire yours up.

  7. Just look for a high percentage protein flour 12%-13% for ultra thin neapolitan pizza.
  8. As other have said you can lay two or three pieces of plywood down on the lawn and roll your KK and leap frog the plywood in front of the KK. I may use this method when my KK arrives to my collection if I can drive straight in the backyard due to soft ground.   11. For the Reefs cooking I would hunt high and low to find the bistro.
  12. Have you guys tried rice flour on your pizza peels. Rice flour is like little ball bearings and works really well the pizza just slides off.
  13. The finished results look great. The sriracha will make a man out of Hawke....what I'm I talking about I don't like spicy too much either. ..lol.

    Steaks

    If the steak is thick enough then its reverse sear for that nice even color all the way through. If the steak is on the thin side then just cook direct. What ever way you choose I'm sure the results will be excellent.
  15. Sorry I'm no help. If the drive shaft doesn't even fit without the spring seem something is out out spec. Is their more then one size drive shaft in the cradle packaging.
