Ever since I spun that chicken(Update I just remembered I roasted it on the regular grate, no spinning involved except in my head.) about a week or ten days ago I've waiting for the day that I make this- a hot chicken sandwich and in this neck of the woods it must be served with peas. There are from last years garden. For all you ketchup lovers- Plated.

I heard back and they only carry Fogo Super Premium. Maybe I can talk them into the Quebracho.

I just located a store about 100 miles from me that says they carry the Argentinian Quebracho, according to their website. I am reaching out to them to see if they actually have and what is the cost. I'd like to try this. Thanks, Syzygies.
