  2. Maybe, margaritas would help me develop a taste for seafood but I wouldn't count on it. Shrimp are OK if there's a very good dip handy.

  5. Marinated some wings in Frank's Hot Sauce. Wings the grill at 275-300F for 75mins. Plated.
  6. THAT, is an outdoor kitchen. I love all that outdoor living area. The EVO seemed to be doing a great job on breakfast.

  10. @Tekobo, yes sous vide @132F and I was doing some errands and it ran for 4 hours. Actually in real life it was a little more pink than in the pix.

  23. Ever since I've cleaned up the freezers I've been trying to eat up the older items, slowly but surely getting there. Today I made the steak sauce that Pequod was kind enough to suggest as a winner sauce. It turns out that it has one of those flavours that you make you to have another bite and another bite. I did make one change in the recipe, I ground the mustard seeds because I didn't have any mustard powder. Thanks again, Pequod, for posting the recipe info.

  25. Are we drawing straws to see who gets to come the 10 person roast dinner? Dinner looks wonderful, as do those stacks of steaks, you must be feeling very satisfied.
