Thanks guys. Believe me I was stuffed. I cut an extra big piece because after waiting for it to cook I had to wait another 45 mins. before cutting it. I wasn't counting on that.

I started this recipe 3 days ago when I made the Bolognese Sauce. Yesterday I made the Bechamel and today after grinding the corners of my s.s. dish so it would fit the little KK I put everything together. REady for the KK. Baked at 350F for about 90 mins. Plated. Layers and layers.

Beautiful, and now for the rest of the story.

Wonderful story, and having that second KK certainly paid off.

Great job and I'm sure you are relieved that it all went as planned.

I was pushed over the edge for wings by Shuley's wing cook. Marinated in Frank's Red Hot Sauce, then sprinkled with granulated garlic and black pepper just before putting on the grill. Wing on the KK. Wings are done. Plated with some chicken fried rice.

Holy smokes, Tony, you sure were on a roll this week and everything turned out super delicious, I'd say.

I see a new toy there too, a cement mixer.

Just look at the juice in those ribs, they must have been cooked on a KK.
