  1. Made a little flat bread for breakfast this morning. We are in the middle of a nor'easter so no place to go. Add a little Parmesan Cheese. Fold it over and devour.
  2. Time to start the KK fund for Danny, he looks like he is in seventh heaven, just look at that huge grin on his face. I'd like to have one of those burgers, nice grill marks, guess he learned that from the Master. BTW, I hope you taught him the cleanup trick too.
  3. I would do as 5698K suggested, reverse sear.
  4. One more pork pattie with a side of butternut squash with stewed cranberries.

    Oh oh

He won't be the only one. [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  6. Yes, that is my poached in plastic wrap egg. Make for a pretty and tasty poached egg. [emoji4] sfdrew, there is a post here giving the details, a search should bring it up.[emoji4] Found it here-
  7. Randy, good for you, you sure won't be returning the KK for design flaws. The food will also taste better when cooked on the KK, I am serious. Yes, just as 5698k mentioned we do love to see lots and lots of delivery pixs.:) When you expect the delivery to be?
  8. I would probably do the same if I had a friend that made them.[emoji4]
  9. Now that gives me an idea, I should make some sausages. Thanks.[emoji4]
  10. None in the ketchup, Tony, just some on the egg.
  11. I had some ground pork and wanted to use it so why not try pork burgers. Ready for the grill. On the KK. Nearly done. Plated. Since there are extra patties, let's have them for breakfast. I discovered that I like a mix of pork and beef rather than all pork in a burger. BTW, that is my homemade ketchup and it has a kick to it.

  13. EGGARY, that is a beautiful chicken, lovely colour.
  14. Dozer, those ribs look wonderful, but they seem to have evapourated. Tony, wow, that is one fine looking pizza, top and bottom perfectly cooked and KK flavoured.
  15. Thanks, Shuley. Yes, I normally eat dinner several hours after a nice cooked breakfast then supper in the evening which is normally pretty lite. One of the advantages of being retired, one can eat when one wants. Our meals as a kid, were breakfast, dinner and supper.
  16. BIGSHEP, if only you had spoken soon, I could have happily accommodated.
  17. Set this up about 9:30 AM for dinner at a time currently unknown, don't know if it will be in 3 hours time or not but sous vide given lots of leeway time. Brined the chops overnight is a light brine, then rinsed in the morning and sprinked with granulated garlic and pepper. While the chop are in the bath at 139F made some stewed cranberries. Almost decided not to light the KK for searing the chops but why not and I'm glad I did. Plated. These chops were in the bath about 5 hours and they were tender and moist. Perfect for me.:)
  18. sfrew, your steak is looking very tasty to me.:)
