  1. Looks very tasty, I need to get myself some pork butt.
  2. Don't try to do your sous vide steak the way he said in the video. That bag will tend to float and you will get uneven cooking, the air needs to be taken out of the bag.
  3. I was away for the weekend and I couldn't wait to get home to make another Cuban Bread sandwich.
  4. Nice looking sandwich plate. Did you make the loaves 12 inches long? I agree with your thoughts on the rise. I would have expected the loaves to have risen higher. When I did mine I didn't press all that much to flatten them.
  5. Ohhhhhhhh, that does look good.
  6. Game over.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  7. Thanks, Paul. I have been doing sous vide cooking for many years. It is another tool in the book, one that I would not be without. [emoji4] I have the Poly Science circulator, it was a very early player in the game.
  8. Aussie, a niiiiiiice dinner.
  9. Garvin, that roast is awesome, those colours are to die for.
  10. A fun watch and I'm sure lots of fun to be at that table for dinner.
  11. Paul, I do recommend a sous vide circulator and that bag juice is liquid gold.
  12. I guess that was a monster pork chop and it looks delicious. You came to the rescue just in time.
  13. Funny how you do one job only to find out it leads to another and another, when are you going to paint the ceiling. ?
  14. That is one thing about Australia, you have a real variety of critters.
  15. Kruve Sifter, wow, does that ever look interesting. It would be fun to experiment with those sieves.
  16. The pulled pix sure looks tasty. What happened to the pix with the bun all nicely stuffed with Dee's coleslaw and the pulled lamb?
  17. What time are you serving Gyros?
  18. Whatever you do Garvin do not leave the pickles out. [emoji16]
  19. Garvin, that is a fantastic idea. Have to put that on my list. Thanks again.[emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]
  20. Something that I keep in mind is that I try not to use too much paste as it does not smell nice when it burns.
  21. Ahhhhh, Tony, they will still taste very good.[emoji4]
  22. Shuley, both those cooks look awesome, they have me drooling.[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]
  23. Those buns sure look tasty and the recipe is very similar to my bun recipe but with the addition of the sweet potato. I can see me making those. Thanks for this recipe.[emoji3]
  24. It is always a great idea to have extra chicken breasts cooked. They make for a quick lunch or dinner, so many ways to use them. I'm sure you will enjoy those tasty grilled chicken breasts. If I was smart I'd do the same.
