  6. I was dining out last night and saw these on the menu, just had to order them. Yes, duck fat fries. Had those somewhere between the There was a Caesar salad, bread and a glass of wine in there somewhere too, I think I ate too much.:) But it was fun.:)

  14. Oh good.[emoji1] I find you have to be careful with the price on Amazon. Sometimes it is all over the place for the same item.
  15. Garvin, I'm not sure I have this correct but if you ordered the brotforms when the price was $8.25 and then you were charged $14.38 I would contact Amazon and ask for a refund. That is my 2 cents worth. It should be a fun experience playing with those brotforms.
  16. It was just fine, as I was using it I could taste the rice but after the scallop was done I could not pick it out. All I know is that I liked it.[emoji4]
  17. An easy dinner here, sous vide beef tenderloin, squash and scalloped potatoes topped with KK smoked cheddar cheese. I also used rice flour instead of flour to thicken the milk sauce.
