Yesterday I ground a chuck roast and took the opportunity today to use some of it to make 1/4 pound meatballs to go along with some homemade spaghetti and roasted red pepper.
Here they are on the grill and looking pretty small.

The meatballs were very moist, but then again they were cooked on the KK.
