  4. Totally agree with CC if you don't heat soak until the baking stone is up to temperature the KK may read 500F and the stone 350F, etc. not what you want. It should all be at the same temp. or nearly so. That's my 2 cents.:)
  5. Oh my goodness, you kicked that tire just perfectly, yikkes! Your KK looks like it's reigning supreme. Awesome setting for it. What a few from the KK, can't imagine a better place to sit and cook.:)

  11. As you know, Bosco, I'm up for that and the straight rod and fingers (LOL) for the rotisserie.
  12. Here is today's rotisserie chicken on the grill. @375F and 1 hour 20 mins later. Just as expected it was very moist.:)
  13. I'm not so sure, CC, it was clearly only one sample of that ice cream was stolen but we have 2 claiming the dirty deed.

  15. That looks like a tasty and healthy meal, ck.:)
  16. I just knew it was you, CC. I hope your friend is on the mend.
  17. Eggary, 6 yolks, and heavy cream and a vanilla bean. This is not the time to go healthy.:) Yes, I do make the custard first, no big deal here.
  18. I don't know where to start, with the homemade vanilla ice cream, the grilled grapes, the rhubarb crumble or the SV steak dinner.?!???? Round and round we go- Well, let's find out who sampled the vanilla ice cream before it was ready, CC, Ck, dstr, Tinyfish, Tony, or was it SK? My first grilled red grapes- Grilled Red Grapes. My first rhubarb crumble. Fresh from the garden- Crumble with vanilla ice cream. SV Beef Tenderloin dinner.
  19. Yes, I agree, the pie must be sour cherry pie but when you grill cherries is that also the sour variety?
  20. Homepro, you must have enjoyed both of those cooks because they look tasty.:)
  21. dstr, I'm assuming you mean sour cherries, not the sweet ones. Is that correct?
