  16. Yes, I have a recipe for dumplings that I got from my mother but I really wanted to bake biscuits on the KK. I have not made biscuits for soooo long that I can't remember making them at all. Usually I put a pie crust on top of the casserole.
  17. Biscuits with chicken and veggie casserole for dinner this evening, that rotisserie chicken just keeps on giving and giving The casserole was put on the grill about 20 mins. before the biscuits were added. Biscuits on the KK. Casserole is done. Plated.
  18. I'm sure it will accommodate more than a 5 pound roast or even 2- 5 pounds roasts. I, too, was wondering about doing ribs. It should work great.
  19. Paswesley, your pulled pork adventure look well worth the effort, delicious
  20. Poochie, I think I need the night classes for spelling, even spell check doesn't always work for me. If that fails then I'll have to use Bryan's suggestion. ;)
  21. Great looking cook and I bet you are anxious to pull that pork and get a taste of that new flavour .
  22. I thing Poochie was right when he said I spent 6 years doing high school - evidence, I spelled "roasted" incorrectly in the title. Anyone know how to edit the title once it has been set loose?
  23. This is going to sound like a mutual admiration society but I'm glad you came up with the original idea because I never would have. Thanks to you I had a great lunch today and I'm going to have another one tomorrow. :)
