Wilburpan, thanks for that writeup. I really enjoyed it and found it very helpful. My motor is on the way to me and I'll likely get it before my KK. Cooking a chicken using the rotisserie is something that I am very excited about doing. Your cook looks fantastic. It makes my mouth water. The plated pix sure looks tasty.
Baguette with sauce, balsamic vinegar, fresh mozzarella, chives, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. I actually took the chives off before putting things on the grill.

Byron, quite often I make a soup with the bag juices and it is always delicious. I just wing it. That juice sure does curdle and I wouldn't serve it to company but for me it is delicious
