  1. Great looking Komodo Jon. I know you're super pumped right now and I don't blame you. The feeling doesn't go away either. The more you use it, the more you'll love it!
  2. I cut a typical pork loin to "unwrap" it and then put a layer of yogurt, basil and rosemary inside. Rolled it and tied it with butcher's twine. The veggies are taters, carrots, red onion and garlic with a sprinkle of basil, sea salt and pepper. A little olive oil was added too. No money shot but the it came out very tasty! Cooked at around 275 with pecan wood for flavor. Carrots wanted to stick to the bottom of the pan, but it actually added a sweet flavor to them. More like a candied flavor.
  3. I will say that your security camera has a very good resolution on it. Mind sharing what brand it is? I'm looking to install one here.
  4. I agree. Great smoke ring and beautiful slices. I'll bet that brisket was tender and yummy.
  5. I have a Peeing walker. He'll walk up to any tree and....
  6. Actually, mine came out worse!
  7. Scrumptious meal, Tony. I'd love to have the leftovers! Looks like you nailed it!
  8. I agree with CC; those dogs are mistreated and half starved too. You can also tell they're overworked by how keyed up and high strung they are. People love to say "how spoiled" my dog is or someone else's pet is, but I tell them that's why I got the animal in the first place. I'm sure not going to have them pull a plow or earn their keep. I love animals and your two dogs are the perfect picture of "family pet" in my book. Oh yeah, food. Your risotto looks like something I would try. Never ate it before, but I'm willing!
  9. Very neat work Wilbur. You are a true craftsman.
  10. I'd call that a complete success. Makes me hungry right now!
  11. Lip smackin' ribs tiny. Look delicious.
  12. Great pictures of a great breakfast! Is it an illusion or do I see ONE piece of bacon on that plate??

    Beef Tenderloin

That slider is a two-hander! Great looking meal!
  14. The wing cook was first so I could munch on them while watching the (truly awful) Saints game. Then I put the fillets on for supper. The wings were some of the best I ever cooked. Very tender and full of flavor. The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth tender too. A good day with Bolo keeping the coals hot all day.
  15. That's a meal worth waiting for ckreef. Looks nice and juicy and it's making me hungry too!
  16. You have a beautiful set up. I sure envy your nice set up with all the goodies to make it comfy outdoors. We never get snow but it does get cold once in a while. I'm sure you'll have a blanket or comforter on that chair before too long.
  17. Now that's a great idea to give ice cream a kick in the pants. I'll have to try that soon.
  18. OK, I'll say it...chili...where??? You did cook some chili, right? At first I was wondering why you'd put chili in a wine bottle. It sure sounds like a great chili!
  19. That looks soooooooooooo good. I can't wait to see the photo with eggs, bacon and some type of homemade bread for your breakfast.
  20. That looks delicious. I wouldn't mind having those ribs for lunch today.
  21. Great cook, tinyfish. Nice and golden brown and taters never hurt a meal. A+
