I couldn't get any charcoal via lcl I went with the two side tables knowing I will eventually be making a home for my KK where they won't be needed but in the mean time they will come in handy .when I don't require them any more I will hang then up cause they look cool the cold smoker will be good to have but not now I'm just looking forward to getting to know the KK I went with the second basket plus I asked Dennis about the straight rod for the rotisserie to use with prongs and a basket he said he would throw in a proto type for me looking forward to that Outback Kamado Bar and Grill[emoji621]

I've not been well had a cold and a cough that won't go away the doc gave me something to help though so I should live a for a few more days lol finally found some energy to cook I got a pre marinated chook on it goes at 400f looking goodI made up some black riceand mixed in the cous cous blended welllet the chook rest and carved it upand plated with a nice leg in the middle Outback Kamado Bar and Grill[emoji621]

We have a lot of coffee roasters here in Perth the one I sometimes get direct is 5 seasons and comes in one of those resealable bags my fridge has a compartment above the freezer upside down fridge that sits at about 0 my coffee lasts for ages in there and remains fresh .just don't forget to add some good chocolate to make your mocha it's awesome Outback Kamado Bar and Grill♨

Hey Rick thanks for the insight I was looking at a 19 I have a KJ 18 and Jr . there are only two of us at my place and the 18 does us fine even when friends come around I impravise but decided on the 23 for the extra space if I need it I will still keep the 18 and Jr for now the Jr is great for two so I guess the 16.5 would be even better .looks like I'm going to have to make a home for the grates I'm going to have Outback Kamado Bar and Grill♨

I used to pan fry my chips before I got my airfryer it's great to destarch the potatoes and let them dry out in the fridge with a sprinkle of salt for a day give them a wipe coat with a thin layer of duck fat and bang the best tasting crunchy chips ever Outback Kamado Bar and Grill♨
