I've not been well had a cold and a cough that won't go away the doc gave me something to help though so I should live a for a few more days lol finally found some energy to cook I got a pre marinated chook on it goes at 400f looking goodI made up some black riceand mixed in the cous cous blended welllet the chook rest and carved it upand plated with a nice leg in the middle
